broadcasting careers
10-24-07 Edison Community College:
Sales Manager spoke with 2 Communications classes at
the Punta Gorda campus about the radio business, opportunities, and
fundamentals for success, as well as to encourage them to consider
internships and employment at the Punta Gorda stations.

Attend Job Fairs
12-5-07 Charlotte Technical Center Job Fair
Lisa Kitchener, National Sales Manager represented the
Clear Channel stations at the Job Fair. She accepted applications for
employment, discussed radio careers and internships with attendees and
accepted resumes. An estimated 300+ persons attended.

Sponsor an event to inform and educate about broadcast
employment opportunities.
1-28-08 On Media Day, Clear Channel sponsored
a tour of the facilities for the Junior Leadership Charlotte organization.
Attendees heard about the various aspects of broadcasting and functions of
each department as well as an overview of the radio business in general.
